Are There Two Constitutions?
By Dwight Johnson
Do you support two Constitutions for the United States? There are two Constitutions. 1) The seen vs the unseen, 2) The written vs the unwritten, 3) The supported vs the unsupported.
What do I mean? Well, it seems to me that when a political lawsuit has gone to the courts it all depends on who the judge is as to how that judge will rule. You can bet that almost all Democrat-appointed judges will rule liberal-left, and about ½ of the Republican-appointed judges will also rule liberal-left.Is that what the founding fathers intended for Article III?
I think that there are a lot of misconstrued interpretations of the Constitution in the past that has changed our country today. For an example let us look at how the Sixteenth Amendment whichviolates Article I Section 9, Paragraph 4 and Article I Section 2, Paragraph 3 as originally written. This sixteenth amendment deals with taxes. Whereas; Article I states that the Federal Government shall not tax the people but the states may tax the people. Back in 1913 birthed the taxation with or without representation.
So are there two Constitutions that serves the United States? Written or unwritten, seen or unseen, and/or the supported or unsupported, we have two Constitutions and it is only by who belongs to a certain political party do we know which Constitution we are to obey.
How many times when reading the real Constitution thinking, that a certain interpretation will prevail, that we see the overruling of the Constitution written in the late 1700’s in order to get a favorable ruling. Yet our government is holding the people down with different rulings, laws, and amendmentsin order to get their way and that is to RULE OVER THE PEOPLE!
Is there a second Constitution? This is a question that needs to be discussed amongst the people of thiscountry. After discussing whether this country has two Constitutions or not then we must take actionto have the REAL Constitution take hold and let the PEOPLE RULE THE GOVERNMENT!
“[Our Constitution] is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.”
